Job description

Our client has been providing great services to the ACT and the regional NSW ever since. What sets them apart from the rest is their ability to customise their offering to customers' needs, as well as their fantastic and friendly experienced team. Our client specialises in formwork, concrete grinding, patching and rendering, precast concrete panels and walls, and Dincel walls.
The company is looking for a vibrant and knowledgeable Environmental Consultant with a minimum three years of work experience and highly relevant field of study to join the team. Proposed annual salary would be $80K-$90K, based on experience.
The ideal candidate will perform the follow tasks:-Environmental Assessments: Conducting environmental assessments to evaluate potential environmental impacts of proposed projects or developments.-Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards set by local, state, and federal authorities.-Site Investigations: Conducting site investigations to identify environmental risks and hazards, such as contamination from pollutants or hazardous materials.-Risk Assessment and Management: Assessing environmental risks and developing strategies to manage or mitigate those risks.-Environmental Monitoring: Monitoring environmental conditions over time to assess changes and identify any emerging issues.-Report Writing: Preparing detailed reports documenting findings from environmental assessments, investigations, and monitoring activities.-Consultation and Communication: Providing expert advice and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies on environmental matters.-Project Management: Managing environmental aspects of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of resources.-Environmental Planning: Developing environmental management plans and strategies to minimize environmental impacts and promote sustainability.-Client Liaison: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.-Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis on environmental issues, trends, and best practices to inform decision-making and problem-solving.-Training and Education: Providing training and education to clients, staff, and other stakeholders on environmental topics, regulations, and procedures.
