Period of Appointment2 years.
DutiesProvide planning advice and support to the Major Projects branch of the Parks and Wildlife Service (PWS) to enable the delivery of capital projects in accordance with legislative responsibilities and PWS environmental management system policies and procedures.
The role has a specific focus on delivering planning services in relation to a range of capital projects on a range of reserve management issues including environmental management, cultural and heritage conservation and sustainable use and development.
Desirable Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as environmental management, planning, natural resource management or natural or cultural heritage protection.
- A current motor vehicle drivers’ licence.
