Form of workDue to an expanding volume of project workload, and build upon our last recruitment drive in 2023 where we expanded our team by 3. We are seeking Expressions of Interests for future roles and interested in candidates with the following backgrounds:
- Recent GIS graduate or GIS Officers, GIS analyst or specialist and Cartographers
These position would be on a full time basis and offers great flexibility, based at our office in Subiaco, being in prime location steps to the Subiaco Train line and or working out of our clients offices and our own projects remote, we have a number of exciting opportunities and opportunity for career development, training and challenging/interesting work
GIS analyst/specialist and Cartographers
We are always on lookout for Experienced Specialist or analyst and Cartographers with direct mining or environmental experience, qualified and a number of years experience to join our team
GIS officer or Recent GIS graduate
- Work on both Australian and International projects from exploration to mining and engineering projects
- Opportunity to cross develop new skills and be trained-up in advanced GIS skills and Cartography from our other business services by experienced professionals
- Experience in ArcGIS Desktop or QGIS suite of software, Mergin maps.
- Postgresql/Postgis experience desirable
- Assist with the coordination and management of our clients' and our own projects spatial data and setup/deployment of GIS Systems, day to day spatial data requirements
- May suit someone looking for return back into workplace after a period of absence and or change in career direction into GIS from another technical position
- Recent graduate or newly graduate welcome to apply as training, mentoring and career development will be provided to enthusiastic candidates

Qualifications
- A qualification in GIS or related spatial discipline is required.
- Geologists and or other technical professionals, such as an environmental background may be considered
- Client Focused & Team Oriented
- GIS (preferred, and can train in QGIS)
For Cartographer role:
- Cartography (will train/upskill)
- Presentation Posters & Technical Diagrams (can train or upskill)
- Graphic Arts/Design may be considered
