Hays Specialist Recruitment is currently seeking suitable applicants with a Medium Rigid Truck Licence and Construction White Card to join a professional and hard-working team within the City of Gold Coast Council.
These roles are based out of various depots on the Gold Coast and work on different rosters/times and may include weekends and night shifts, depending on the role. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Australia's second-largest local government and one of our City's largest organisations.
Your new role

- City Cleaning (Day Shift and Night Shift)
- Roads and Drainage Maintenance Worker
- Construction Labourer
- Concreter
- Plant Operator/Sportsfield Operator
- Horticulturist
What you will need to succeed
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar environment or type of work to which position you choose to apply for. You will be a team player and willing to get stuck-in. Mandatory requirements for these roles are listed below:
- Medium Rigid Licence or higher
- Construction White Card
- Willing to work weekends
- Two recent references
- Proof of Citizenship (Birth Certificate or valid Passport)
