Tamworth Neurotherapy a leading health care clinic devoted to providing gold standard in therapeutic services for our client in a nurturing and supportive environment. This clinic will offer Neurofeedback and Neurotherapy therapies to alleviate symptoms of mood disorders, behavior disorders, pain, insomnia, post-concussion syndrome, Autism, ADHD, PTSD, cerebral palsy, and more. This position is one of influence and respect within the practice, directing all neurotherapy services.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate IV in Allied Health or a degree in a health or Mental health field Experience working with children preferred Working with Children Check An understanding / interest of Autism, Intellectual Disability and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Deliver sessions to clients as outlined by our therapists and practitioners. Prepare resources and materials as outlined by our therapists and practitioners. Work as a team with the other therapy assistants and clinicians. Write clinic notes for therapy sessions delivered.
- Communicate progress and obstacles with goals to the senior therapists or practitioners. Attend case conferences as required. Provide administration assistance to our therapists and practitioners. Attend team meetings. Attend 1:1 and group supervision sessions.
