EPMO Framework Specialist – 12-month max term | Sydney (Hybrid) | Full-time or Part-time

The main objective of this role is to offer support to the AAL project governance framework, ensuring alignment of programs/projects with strategic investment priorities within an enterprise PMO.
You'll be responsible for
Develop and uphold the project governance model and methodology, emphasizing risk management, standardization of processes, tools, and templates, and simplification, all while maintaining governance discipline.
Coordinate the creation of onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching approaches with input from subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure comprehension and integration of the governance framework in project communities of practice.
Provide coaching and guidance to Program PMOs and Project Managers on methodology, tools, and templates.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and enhancement of the Quality Assurance program, evaluating individual project and program health and ensuring adherence to the governance model, including appropriate training and coaching.
Collaborate with other program offices to align processes and approaches, serving as the technical expert in tools, templates, and processes, offering support and advice to the project community.
About you
Possess experience in PMO Governance Frameworks acquired within a complex, matrixed delivery environment, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
Experience in Agile delivery and ways of working would be beneficial.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively partner and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, establishing strong professional relationships and influencing outcomes.
Ability to champion best practices and enhance maturity in the context of methodology, tools, and templates.
Demonstrate the capability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations and workshops for stakeholders as needed.
