Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Operations Manager within the Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Management industry to showcase their skills in a growing Global company.

THE POSITION

  • Oversee a portfolio of Mine Site Village Accommodation Cleaning Operations, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning quality, adherence to procedures, productivity measures, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train Operations on best practice cleaning in alignment with CGA cleaning framework, processes and procedures, providing guidance and support where required.
  • Assist in ongoing development and review of training materials and resources.
  • Provide comprehensive and insightful reports for senior management on portfolio performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide data insights to support decision-making.
  • Actively participate in developing a positive and supportive team culture across sites, the department, and the broader organisation.

THE PERSON

  • Proven leadership skills with a strong desire to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Previous experience as a senior operations manager within the Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Management industry, overseeing multiple sites and achieving superior service delivery outcomes.
  • Prior experience in FIFO housekeeping management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
  • Willingness and availability to work in a shift environment, including irregular hours and travel requirements.
  • Strong understanding and application of all relevant safety and compliance procedures.
