Intro
We're hiring a Brand and Sales Manager to help deliver ESTER’s products and experience around Sydney, in trade, events and direct sales. You will uphold our commitment to quality and work hand in hand with the founders to develop a brand synonymous with Sydney and increase and manage our ever-growing stockists.
You’ll be encouraged to explore ways in which we can elevate the drinking experience on premise and off-premise as well as strategise sales strategies and incentives to win new customers.
The location of your role will vary between the Sydney Distillery and being out on the road meeting prospects and customers. You will be responsible for managing our CRM and ensuring stock levels, information and nurturing relationships with our current stockists. KPIs and performance incentives will be negotiated the the successful applicant.

What you’ll do- Prospect new stockists of ESTER
- Deliver tastings of the range and sign new stockists
- Engage with key trade stakeholders when they come to the distillery as an advocate for ESTER
- Actively look at incentives and strategies to win more stockists.
- Run and participate in Trade and Tasting events at the Sydney Distillery or in different states.
- Live and breathe ESTER’s values and commitment to quality and flavour
- Ensure adequate stock levels for existing and new customers with your strong organisation skills and relationship management.
You love people and the feeling that comes with offering great service and value. You communicate early and often to ensure expectations are met. You’ve had hospitality management experience or sales experience. You are organised and can quickly turn problems into solutions. You can speak to the needs of trade stakeholders and the industry in general, and participate in discussions on research and development and new product lines.
You follow brands that provide a great customer experience and actively seek out ways to improve. You can work autonomously, show initiative and have an active interest in distilling and the creation of beverages.
