Estimator / Project Engineer

Currently residing in Australia.
Full Australian working rights.
Tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering.
5 years estimating / tendering experience in the resources and oil and gas industry.
Experience in the engineering and manufacturing of pressure vessels, pipe spooling, storage tanks and structural steelwork.
Able to manage small projects through the project life-cycle.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent planning and communication skills.
Desirable Attributes for the position -Experience developing/updating project schedules in MS Project.
Experience with AutoCAD.
Able to support Project Managers in the technical, logistical and commercial aspects of larger projects.
Some site co-ordination/technical experience.
Experience in the preparation of Manufacturers Data Reports (MDRs) would be an advantage.
Understanding of the WPS, PQR and welder qualification process.
Report writing experience.Opportunities for advancement into site and project management within the Company's Project Management Department may be possible for the right candidate.A competitive remuneration package will be discussed at the interview based on experience.
