Liebke Builders is an Insurance Building company based on the Sunshine Coast, servicing Southeast Queensland. We cover all aspects of building insurance repairs for properties that have sustained accidental damage from an insurable event, as well as carry out NDIS home modifications and private building works.
We are currently looking for Trade Qualified Estimators and Supervisors who can work with, and become, an integral part of our experienced team, delivering exceptional services for our customers, insurance clients, contractors and suppliers. We set and expect very high standards to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
About the role
This position will require the right candidate to have experience in estimating and/or site supervision/project management and can contribute to a well-respected company in the industry, taking ownership of their region. You will be required to scope and deliver projects, so previous experience across estimating, project management and site supervision in the Building industry is essential.
The successful applicant needs to be able to display the following attributes:
- Trade qualifications applicable to the position
- Well organised
- Experience with Prime an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Competent/Advanced computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experienced in Estimating & Supervising repairs/projects
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Able to work in and support a strong team environment
- Current drivers license
The individual we are looking for needs to be great with customers and truly understand the concept of professional service.
Regions covered by Liebke Builders are South Brisbane/Gold Coast, Central Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, Ipswich/Toowoomba and the Sunshine Coast/Gympie to Bundaberg areas. Due to the type of work we do, being trustworthy and professional is a must. Professional appearance and conduct is required of all staff and you will be reporting directly to the Company Directors and General Manager.
Our head office is on the Sunshine Coast, however applications are also encouraged from applicants residing in the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Ipswich areas with a possible opportunity to WFH.

Skills and experience
