More about the role:
The Fundraising and Events Officer will support the Cricket and Community Fundraising team with event planning and activation, supporter care and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Supporting the development and delivery of fundraising strategies and events.
- Building and maintaining relationships with community fundraising supporters.
- Assisting with key event planning and activations.
- Streamlining processes and procedures to promote productivity within the Cricket and Community team.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an interpersonal and organised individual with a mix of the following experience and skills:
- Two years’ experience in administration, customer service or event coordination ideally within a fundraising environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills to engage with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage several projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- A creative, pragmatic, and innovative approach to resolving challenges.
- Willingness to learn from others, giving and receiving feedback to ensure ongoing high-performance.
