More about the role:

The Fundraising and Events Officer is an entry level role supporting the Cricket and Community Fundraising team in achieving their fundraising goals, event coordination and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Administrative and logistical requirements of specific fundraising campaigns and Events.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with community fundraising supporters.
  • Assisting in event planning and activations.
  • Streamlining processes and procedures to support productivity within the Cricket and Community team.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a team-focused, confident communicator and organised individual with a mix of the following experience and skills:

  • At least one year experience in administration, customer service or event coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills to engage with McGrath Foundation supporters, volunteers and team.
  • Strong organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn from others, giving and receiving feedback to ensure ongoing improvement.
