About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Partnerships & Experiences, this role will see you roll out world class events that focus on delivering our customers brilliant money can't buy experiences by leveraging relationships with talent and key stakeholders. Working as a close team of 3, and alongside our agency, you will activate a detailed brief with clear roles and responsibilities to assist in key event delivery across our AFL, NRL and Racing partnerships.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop a strategic approach to delivering events and experiences to our Premium Customers that is differentiated from our competitors and scalable for a large customer cohort
- Management and distribution of event ticketing and associated communication
- Set clear and measurable KPI's for events and experiences
- Measure success of experiences through metric analysis and ensure measures are in place to gather customer preference feedback to further inform experiences
- Collaborate with relationship management team and other key teams within Sportsbet in a structured fashion to maximize internal and external engagement with experiences
- Ensure safety of Sportsbet guests and staff at events by creating a workplace safety program and audit framework
- Devise strategies to increase efficiency in delivery/execution of budget at a customer and cohort level
Please note, this is a 6 month fixed term contract ideally commencing in April.
