Skills and Experience:
Proven experience operating excavators in the construction or civil engineering environment.
Valid driver's license and relevant machinery operating certifications/licenses (e.g., White Card and Excavator Operator tickets).
Strong understanding of equipment operation principles and safety procedures.
Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
