• Excavator/Shovel Operators
• FIFO from Perth to Iron Bridge, WA
• $67 P/Hr FLAT RATE -2:1, 12 Hrs
About the role:
WorkPac is currently seeking highly experienced operators whoprocess strong mining operational skills and be able to demonstrate your ability in maintaining pit floors and bunds in a mining production environment. Successful candidates must have sound knowledge and understanding of ore mark ups and pit configuration.
As our next Excavator/Shovel Operators to proudly represent our Production Mining Team, you will live for challenges and thrive on the variety of work available.
ONGOING WORK
7 Days -7 Nights on a 2:1 FIFO roster
In this role, you will:
Operating machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output
Responding to instructions from Mining Supervisor
Excavating to design boundaries of ore bodies, berms and pit walls
Ensuring floor levels are maintained
Minimising dilution and achieving design parameters within acceptable tolerances
Setting and maintain high housekeeping standards
Carrying out pre-start checks
To be considered you must have + experience on:
Australian Driver's License and working rights
National Police Clearance
5yrs - Shovel -Hitachi 5500, Cat 6060, Liebherr 9400
5yrs - Excavator -Hitachi 3600, CAT 3600, Liebherr 9400
(Sizes of machinery and the years of experience MUST be listed on the resume)
