If based in the ACT, the successful candidate will be required to attend the Canberra office 3 days per week. If based outside ACT, the successful candidate may be required to attend state office or regional hubs and may be required to travel to the Canberra office one week per month or as required. Individual arrangements can be negotiated with Managers where required.
Essential criteria
1. Expertise in designing, implementing, delivering, and supporting Microsoft Exchange environments for Government or other large organizations in hybrid and cloud only environments in line with Australian Government Cyber Security requirements.
2. Strong experience Microsoft Exchange Platform and associated email security architecture such as:
• Exchange online
• Mail Flow
• Email Security
3. Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business, technology, external suppliers, and other subject-matter experts. Development of documentation such as Detailed Designs, High Level Designs, As-Built-As-Configured and Standard Operating Procedures
4. Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange environments, and related components, technologies, and services.
5. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including non-technical senior managers.
Desirable criteria
1. Experience in automation and implementation via Infrastructure as Code solutions.
2. Any relevant industry certifications and qualifications.
