About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and to ensure that Information Technology Unit (ITU) Office runs efficiently.
This role will be required to proactively manage the day-to-day commitments of the CIO and to provide support to the ITU Senior Leadership Team as and when needed.
About You
As the Executive Assistant, you will:
- Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the CIO including preparing and responding to emails on the CIO's behalf, as appropriate.
- Manage information flow, coordinate items requiring follow-up, organise information required by the ITU Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Proactively manage communication to enhance the CIO's working relationships with members of the university community and external stakeholders.
- Provide support and assistance to the CIO in producing, coordinating and organising complex information, correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate and provide support to the ITU SLT meetings, including distributing agendas, minute taking, and communicating and following up on actions.
- Support projects from planning, implementation and review under the direction of members of the ITU SLT to support the strategic initiatives of the Unit.
Base Salary Range: $91,254 to $98,805 pa (HEW 6)
This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
