Form of workRay White Double Bay is looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support one of our Associate Director's within our award winning sales team!
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Full administrative support to Associate Director and Sales Associate
- Liaise with your Sales Coordinator to prepare Appraisal Packs
- Oversee listing marketing preparation and approve all marketing
- Liaise with the Brand Marketing team and execute Agent Marketing plan
• Campaign management, organising and preparing properties for sale
• Diary management, database management, weekly team meetings and agendas, track KPI's and goals
• Create open packs, vendor reports, EDM's and marketing letters with support from your Sales Coordinator
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with fellow staff members, suppliers and clients
• Deliver a high level of service and support to the team and your clients, with great attention to detail and ability to execute all tasks within their deadlines

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Great attention to detail, exceptional administrative and organisational skills
- Experience with Vault RE, Brand Central, Google Suite, Canva, PDF Editor or similar systems
Salary package dependent on experience, negotiable for the right candidate, experience and start date.
