  • Salary  ASO-4  $75,430 - $79,070  p.a.
  • Full-time temporary up to 3/6/25                             

About the role

The Executive Assistant exercises responsibility for the provision of a proactive administrative and secretarial service to the Program Deliver Manager including advice and recommendations, contributing to the resolution of complex and sensitive issues, providing a contact point for internal and external staff and stakeholders, preparation and drafting of reports, briefing notes, undertaking minor research and projects, data collection and analysis. The EA has a direct reporting line to the Program Deliver Manager in relation to workload management, systems and processes, approval of TOIL, annual leave and other planned absences.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are

required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
