About the role
The Executive Assistant delivers professional secretarial and support services to the Group Executive, Chief HR Officer and the broader HR team.

Key Accountabilities:
Diary management, coordination and set up of meetings, events and functions
Prepare meeting packs, agenda and business papers in additon to taking minutes and distributing to attendees with clear actions
Represent the CHRO through interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Respond to and/or distribute questions, emails and meeting requests directed to the Chief HR Officer, in a timely and professional manner
Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling travel; booking transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
Assist in departmental budget monitoring and tracking
Assist the Group Executive with successful delivery and closure of actions for the Board and relevant Committees
Process and reconcile expense accounts and invoices for Chief HR Officer and Management team members
Triage requests coming in to the CHRO
To be successful in the role, you will have:
A Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, or other relevant discipline
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, providing Executive support and assistance at a senior level in organisations of a similar size and complexity
Demonstrated experience in organising workshops and meetings, including preparation and distribution of professional papers, presentations or reports.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and deliver conflicting priorities and requests
Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships
A high level of attention to detail
