Remit of the Role:
a) As the Executive Creative Director - All the standard responsibilities of the most senior creative person in the Agency leading a team of creative people.
b) As the Creative partner - Key part of the partnership team, helping to make decisions that shape and determine the Agency's future (short and long term).
Key Executive Creative Director responsibilities:
Creative Leadership: Provide strategic creative direction and leadership to the agency, guiding the development of innovative concepts and campaigns across all channels.
Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
Pitching and New Business: Drive the development of creative pitches and proposals, showcasing our capabilities and unique approach to potential clients.
Creative Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of creative excellence and craftsmanship across all projects, from concept development to final execution.
Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations, and integrate them into our work to maintain our competitive edge.
