In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Deputy Director General of Strategy and Performance to drive the transformation of our multi-year strategy into actionable annual business plans. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing organisational systems, policies, processes, and business insights to enhance our prioritisation, decision-making, and overall performance.The ideal candidate will possess extensive executive experience, demonstrating a successful track record in shaping large-scale, complex initiatives. Your expertise should span program planning and change management, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and the execution of significant reform programs, including digital transformation. Moreover, your ability to engage effectively with Aboriginal communities and forge partnerships will be instrumental in supporting the Department's strategic direction and achieving its outcomes.The core leadership behaviours outlined in Leadership Expectations are applicable to this role and should be demonstrated in the context of .
