We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our hotel's leadership team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the professional and cost-effective running of the Housekeeping department, with a focus on achieving high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas.

- Proven experience in a similar role is essential
- Strong leadership attributes
- Clear communication to lead and develop a large team
- Positive stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate with multiple departments
- A solutions-focused individual with a strategic mind and the ability to forward-plan successfully
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to see through the guest's eyes
- Problem solving skills to ensure the day runs smoothly
