The RoleOverseeing the housekeeping department at one of our properties based at El Questro Resort. Direct a medium sized team to ensure all guest accommodation is serviced daily in line with the operational checklists.
Duties- Complete hands-on training of all housekeeping personnel
- Effective communication within the department, front office and guests by providing updates on changes to resort products, improvement to guest satisfaction and team performance
- Report maintenance requirements for guest accommodation and public areas to the Maintenance Manager, monitoring to ensure prompt action has been taken
- Ensuring rooms for new staff arrivals are prepared
- Ensuring the staff communal areas are kept clean and well stocked for toiletry needs
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Management role
- Experience at remote properties highly regarded
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team and create a fantastic work environment
