The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Lounge Manager.
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and will ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. You will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and proactively manage the entirety of the guests experience in our exclusive Executive Lounge , with a focus on our VIP and return guests.
The key responsibilities include:
• Manage all aspects of the Executive Lounge including the food and beverage offering.
• Welcome Executive Guests on arrival and handle all guest enquiries and complaints.
• Lead the team with a hands-on approach and support in all areas of service, including breakfast, evening canapes and peak periods in Jin Bar and Front Office.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, leading the team by example.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to continuously review and evolve Executive Lounge offerings to best serve hotel guests.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of Executive Lounge and guest areas.
• Manage and coach a small team of employees in the Executive Lounge including front of house and kitchen employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
• Manage rosters, payroll and upsell programmes for the Executive Lounge
• Personally handle any guest issues that may arise in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Set budget and monitor P&L for Executive Lounge
• Work closely with Food & Beverage and Front Office to improve guests services
About YOU
• 2 years minimum in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work a flexible roster including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings / late nights.
• Food preparation and presentation knowledge
• Dynamic problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivation, lead and train a team
