Job Description:
TSR are looking for an experienced HVAC&R Technician with a dedication to Air Conditioning installations. If you are a qualified refrigeration technician who would like to be part of the team that provides the best service in the region, then TSR would love to hear from you.
In this role you will lead installation projects for our diverse clientele, ranging from commercial premises to local homeowners. Additionally, your role will extend to our service operations, encompassing fault diagnosis, routine maintenance of various systems and participation in our on-call roster.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Cert IIII Refrigeration and Electro-Technology
- Restricted Electrical License
- QBCC Occupational Mechanical Services Licence
- CPR and Switchboard Rescue Certified
- White and Blue Care Certified
- Minimum of 5+ years previous experience
- Exceptional fault-finding abilities
- Execute trade-related tasks with a focus on quality, precision, and safety.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Great attention to detail, well-organised and able to meet deadlines
- Aptitude for solving problems and making decisions whilst displaying patience
- Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Possess leadership skills for other team members and apprentices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Preferred experience with electronic job management software, for example - SimPRO Connect or SimPRO Mobile
Installation Experience:
- Experience with a wide variety of systems - Wall Split, Multi Split, Cassettes, VRV's, Packaged Units, etc.
- Working to plans, drawings and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Soldering, brazing pipework
- Delegate install tasks to other team members to ensure the job is run efficiently as possible
- Run projects from site and communicate with client, on site supervisors & TSR admin
- Gather accurate information for new quotes and/or variations
