Form of work- Proven experience (2-3 years) in road maintenance and surfacing
- Holds a rail industry worker's card, relevant operator tickets, and HR/HC driving licence
- Competent in operating a paver, skid-steer, multi-tyred roller, and steel drum roller
- Ability to attain and retain Category 3 medical (including clear drug and alcohol screens)
- A team player who possesses a can-do positive attitude and takes ownership
- Dedicated to continuous improvement and a willingness to upskill oneself
- Strong communication skills and time management
- The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Commitment to maintaining plant and equipment in good working order
- Excellent attitude toward safety
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts.
