Magic Enterprise have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, career focused and hands on Automotive Vehicle Buyer to join our team based in Burswood!
Responsibilities:
- Purchase all makes and models of used vehicles in agreement with company targets and KPI’s
- Acquiring vehicles from a variety of sources.
- Negotiate with private sellers, suppliers, and dealers to secure the best price for the vehicles.
- Evaluate the condition of the vehicles and estimation of price based on market data, inspection reports etc.
- Ensure that all vehicles are purchased in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicle transactions and maintain relationships with suppliers and dealers.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Wholesale Buyer or Motor industry experience in used vehicle sales,
- Knowledge of the used vehicle market and a sound understanding of pricing, value, condition, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
