We are seeking experienced Bar Staff to join our dynamic team and elevate the bar experience for our patrons. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for patrons to unwind and enjoy their time at the bar. You will be required to be available to work across a 7-day roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays but you will be rewarded with attractive casual pay rates including relevant penalties and a work life balance that we all desire.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of beverages including beers, wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Engage with patrons, recommend drinks, and provide personalised service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and equipment.
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines to ensure responsible service.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Proficiency in preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and drinks.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, including drink recipes, glassware, and bar tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced and high energy environment.
• Build relationships and rapport.
