Experienced Barista / All Rounder

We are looking for part-time applicants whom have flexibility within their schedule - Please do not apply if this does not suit you, as this is what is needed for the position advertised.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced Barista/All Rounder, but full training will be provided for the right superstar with the right attitude and commitment. 

We are looking for people with a warm and friendly personality who enjoy being part of the community and meeting our loyal guests. You will be clear in your communication and happy to take the initiative. Must be able to work under pressure, and at a fast pace whist still achieving quality over quantity, and has an eye for consistency and standard production.

You will enjoy working in a team and be guest focused. You will appreciate the fact we work as a network of cafes that must offer consistency and high quality across the board, with consistent standards and procedures to always be followed. 

Again, this position does require WEEKENDS and early mornings/late evenings so please consider this before applying.
