Situated on the ground floor of the Playford Hotel, Luma Restaurant and Bar is a 180-seat unique venue committed to providing affordable luxury to discerning guests in the Adelaide CBD.

About You:

• You will work closely with the F&B Management Team to curate menus specialising in fine beverages and unique cocktails
• Create memorable experiences for our guests by getting to know their needs and providing exceptional service
• Together with the Restaurant & Bar Manager, ensure that the appropriate hygiene, brand standards and cost control measures are put in place
• Work intimately with the F&B team along with the Sales & Marketing team to create & drive marketing opportunities for the bar

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury bar 
• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of wine, spirits and cocktails 
• A flair for creating a rapport with guests and colleagues 
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene requirements
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required by the business
