Experienced Bar/Wait Person

Position:Bar/Wait Person
Location: Riverside Hotel, Tailembend
Requirements: RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is a must. Preferably, candidates with Responsible Person and/or gaming qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist with food service
• Ensure compliance with RSA regulations and guidelines
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience to customers
• Assist with gaming activities if qualifications permit

Qualifications:

• RSA certification (mandatory)
• Responsible Person and/or gaming qualifications (preferred)
• Proven experience in a Bar/Wait staff role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy periods efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
