The Role: 

We are seeking a highly experienced Bridal Sales Consultant to join our passionate team. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised bridal consultations to understand each bride's unique vision and preferences.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest bridal trends and industry insights to offer knowledgeable advice to brides.
• Work collaboratively with the team to drive store success and maintain high standards of presentation and service.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Bridal Sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and provide tailored advice.
• Availability to work weekends is essential, as these are our peak trading times.
• A passion for the bridal industry and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple consultations simultaneously.
