Experienced Cabinetmaker Needed

Your new company
Our client, a well-established, Adelaide-based company specialising in commercial fit outs and custom joinery, has multiple vacancies for qualified cabinetmakers to join their team at their central Adelaide workshop.

This position is a full-time permanent job opportunity with above award pay. Working Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM with occasional Saturday morning shifts as required.
Your new role
Our client is seeking applicants with proven experience in shop fitting and joinery. They have a strong pipeline of work that has been gained through their impressive network of tier 1 clients which sees them supplying product all round Australia. All their work is built and controlled from their head office operations in Adelaide.

The main duty of this role is the production of high-quality custom joinery. Our client works across a range of industries, including:
- Fashion

- Hospitality
- Medical
- Office/Commercial fit outs

What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking qualified cabinetmakers with experience in custom joinery.
Mandatory skills and qualifications for this role include:

- Completed relevant apprenticeship (Certificate III Cabinetmaking or higher)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
- Have your own hand tools and drill
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Friendly and approachable disposition
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team

Desirable skills and qualifications include:

- Installation experience
- White card
- C class licence (no restrictions)
- Forklift Licence

This is not a carpentry role; our client is only interested in looking at qualified cabinetmakers.
