Experienced Civil Operators, Formworker's, Steel Fixers & Concreter's

Vikcon Construction Services is a family-owned niche civil construction company with a strong emphasis on self-performance. Specialising in civil works in the renewable energy industry including but not limited to electrical sub-stations, transmission lines, wind, solar, earthworks & piling projects. 

Due to rapid growth and with a strong pipeline of projects in hand – we are currently building new crews & are seeking self-motivated, experienced Site Staff to become a part of our growing team to help assist and deliver our current and future projects. The successful candidates must be prepared to work a FIFO/DIDO arrangement with a varied roster. Our most common roster length is 10 days on and 4 days off but can vary from project to project. 

We are currently hiring experienced:

• Plant Operators (Grader/Excavator w GPS/Tilt Tray Operators/Telehandler license's highly regarded)
• Formworker’s 
• Concreter’s
• Steel Fixer's
• Labourers
• Pipe Layers

Our successful candidates will have the following:

• 2 years proven experience in the Civil Construction Industry 
• A positive attitude and a good work ethic 
• Construction Induction Safety Certification (white card) 
• Experience in one or more of the above listed roles
