This is the job for you if: 

• You have confident ability with the following: screed, formwork, steel fixing, ground works, plan reading.
   
• You are passionate about all things concrete and take pride in a job well done. 
   
• You hold yourself and your work to a high standard; The words ‘it’ll do' isn't part of your vocabulary. 
   
• You genuinely enjoy working and being part of a team of encouraging, friendly people.
