POSITIONS AVAILABLE
- CASUAL: minimum 15 hours maximum 25/35 hours
- PART TIME: 25 - 35 hours per week
- FULL TIME: 38 hours per week
Food & Beverage Award Level 2 / 3/4 must possess experience as a section waiter.
You will be employed as an experienced Front of House Host; you will be responsible for providing our guests a memorable dining experience and a brand ambassador. To succeed as a Front of House host you will be committed, innovative, initiative-taking, and observant, be enthusiastic about offering an outstanding level of guest customer service and possess an elevated level of professionalism and have previous experience in a cafe or restaurant.
Restaurant Supervisor (Experienced)
Award Level 4 / 5 /6 or salary negotiated on experience.
You will be employed as a Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for providing our guests a memorable dining experience and a brand ambassador, be a mentor to younger team members and assist management with day-to-day operations. To be successful in this role you will possess experience in a restaurant environment, committed, innovative, organised, observant, be enthusiastic about offering an outstanding level of guest customer service and possess an elevated level of professionalism to assist in managing a dynamic Front of House team.
Bar Attendant Award Level 2 /3/4 – must possess mixology experience.
You will be employed to join our creative beverage teams. Our bar teams are dedicated to remaining market leaders in a fun, supportive & highly paced environment. You will possess your RSA.
The roles are varied, and you will be well versed in our food and beverage offering so that you can deliver our consistent product and exceed our customer's expectations.
Experience behind a bar or being a section waiter is essential.
