About the role
We are currently looking for an Associate / Senior Associate (4+years’ PQE) to join our Commercial practice group to workalongside Partners Jessica Reid and Chong Ming Goh. The role willfocus on providing advice across private M&A matters,negotiating joint ventures and shareholders agreements, licencingand supply chain arrangements and general commercial advice.Working with clients across a variety of industries you will havethe opportunity to join a collaborative team where you will receivestrong mentoring and development opportunities.
About you
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience in asimilar role, providing a range of commercial advice. Whilst havingexperience working with property developers will be useful, it isnot a pre-requisite of this role. In order to be successful in thisrole, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong advisory, drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience preparing and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements from inception through to completion
- Ability to provide commercially astute, logical and sound advice
- Excellent communication skills; ability to deal with a diverse range of clients in different industries/backgrounds
- Ability to effectively build external and internal relationships
- Supervising and mentoring junior members
