Job Summary
Bump Day Spa seeks an exceptional Massage Therapists with wonderful customer service and management skills and a passion for women’s wellness for our Fortitude Valley spa.
Bump Day Spa is a high end luxury day spa specialising in pregnancy treatments including massage & facials. We also offer general spa treatments (available to non pregnant clients) including aromatherapy, hot stone, remedial, deep tissue massages and facials.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be responsible for providing a consistent and exceptional level of service through the delivery of customer service, spa treatments, building and maintaining a client base, administrative duties, scheduling, staff management, communicating with directors and other staff members and general cleaning and maintenance of treatment rooms.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Massage/Remedial Massage or Beauty Therapy or equivalent with ability to perform a range of treatments including massage, body treatments and facials. Pregnancy massage qualifications preferred but not essential (we can provide accredited training for the right candidate). Newly qualified candidates welcome to apply.
- A commitment to women’s health and wellness. Especially pregnancy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
-A willingness to support with admin tasks including working on Reception as part of your role.
- The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five star grooming standards.
- Must be a confident and fluent English speaker.
