Experienced Meat workers for Gold Coast Factory

Warroo Meats process Kangaroos in Arundel, Gold Coast. 

An immediate start available to a qualified Knife hand with experience in an Abattoir.
Monday to Friday Day Shift only. No weekends.

We are looking for:

• Experienced raw meat Knife Hands/Boners/Skinner/Slicer/Process worker/Packers
• Experience in a fast-paced Abattoir environment
• Casual position 
• Physically fit and happy to do repetitive work.
• Have some knowledge of handling food products and within strict hygiene standards
• Sound knowledge of all aspects of food safety and hygiene
• Attention to detail. 
• Reliability 
• Be a team player with good communication skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Keeping the line going in fast paced factory production
• Cutting, boning and packing fresh Kangaroo meat
• Cleaning down benches, floor and cold rooms as required
• Comply with Quality assurance procedures, GMP and HACCP
