Middlemount Coal Pty Ltd is an incorporated joint venture between Yancoal Australia and Peabody PCI Australia. The mine produces approximately 4 million tonnes of medium-volatile pulverized coal injection (PCI) coal and semi-hard coking coal for the export market.
Key Requirements:
- Proven work history and evidence of relevant RII’s of diverse equipment operations in a mining environment
- Open cut production mining experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a safe manner.
- Sound communications skills and a good sense of priority and urgency
- Positive can-do attitude.

Middlemount Coal Mine is located 15 minutes west of the township of Middlemount. Employees are bused in and out from camp to site. Middlemount offer employees camp accommodation in Middlemount or subsidised housing options.
