Job description

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist seeking your next career step? Although based in Darwin, you’ll have the chance to contribute to developing and supporting early career occupational therapists through supervision across Patches Australia, as well as helping grow our team to provide more services and help more people. Patches has clinics across Australia in Perth, Hedland, Broome, Darwin and Melbourne. As our lead occupational therapist, you’d support growing and supervising the team across Australia, whilst servicing a reduced caseload in Darwin allowing you the time to ensure best evidence-based practice and clinical excellence across the company. You will help diagnose, treat and educate on functional and physical impairments, working closely with our multi-disciplinary team. We need your expertise to help us help the community so we’re offering:

- A competitive salary starting from $110,000 to $140,000 (dependent on experience)

- Up to $4,000 in relocation assistance to facilitate a smooth transition to Darwin if required

- Up to 5 days paid professional development leave per year

- $2000 per annum towards professional development

- Referral bonus for recommending great clinicians

- Incentive payment for achieving targets

- Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme

- 4WD training when required

What we need from you:

• AHPRA registration

• 10 years+ experience in Occupational Therapy

• Proven leadership skills

• Strong NDIS experience

• National Police Certificate from the last 6 months

• NDIS workers screening

• Working With Children check

• Valid drivers license
