Experienced Parts Interpreter.

Due to significant growth we are looking for an Experienced Trade Parts Interpreters in our Trade Parts Phone Room.

Our brands include Nissan, Kia, Isuzu UTE, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, MG, SsangYong and RAM.

Day to day you will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:

• Assisting Trade, Workshop and Retail Counter Customers
• Accurate interpretation of all Panel and Mechanical parts
• Sales both internal (workshop) & external (trade)
• Invoicing and cash handling
• Receipt & dispatch of parts
• Accurately processing orders & enquiries
• Achievement of KPI's and sales targets
• Warehousing & stock reconciliation
• Supporting the Parts Team to effectively and efficiently complete their tasks

To be successful in the role you will need: 

• Experience in Franchise Parts Interpreting role (preferably in a Trade Parts Operation)
• Experience with ERA/Pentana is essential
• Experience in with our franchises preferred but not essential
• Experience with PartsCheck preferred but not essential
• Strong Automotive industry knowledge
• An ability to identify the working parts of a motor vehicle  
• Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
• Excellent administrative and computer skills
• Be highly organised and have a high attention to detail
• Be able to attend training on and off-site
• Show initiative and self-motivation
• Clean and neat presentation
• A can-do and proactive attitude
• Strong and committed work ethic
• Personable nature
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively both autonomously and in a team environment
• A good knowledge of vehicle service and repair
