Position: Stylist/Fashion Sales Consultant
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 16 – 32 per week

What We're Looking For:

• A flare for creating memorable moments and real connections.
• Previous experience in fashion sales/ marketing (bridal highly regarded) with a strong focus on customer service
• Wonderful communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Great work ethic and ease at multitasking
• Great sense of humor!
• Our peak times are the weekend so the successful candidate must be able to work every Saturday for sales Monday to Friday for marketing.
• Able to participate or drive in social media is highly desirable, and an experience or interest in marketing is also highly valued.
• Most excellent time management is needed, as we work in appointment blocks. 
• We love feedback, so you must come with a love and acceptance of feedback.
• A growth mindset, as our team strives to be the best version of ourselves.
• With a high standard of commitment and work ethic, consistency is key.
• Exceptional personal presentation and impeccable people skills.
• Solutions focussed on outside-of-the-box thoughts to challenges

• Have you got at least 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on providing above and beyond customer service?

• Do you have a genuine interest in fashion and styling, with an eye for detail?
• Are you available to work on weekends and weekdays, with a flexible schedule?
• Do you thrive working in a team bouncing ideas as well as individually striving to achieve targeted results?
• Are you social media savvy with an interest in sales and marketing, happy to help drive our socials and online store? 
• Shopify or e-comerce ? Marketing experience is also highly regarded.
