Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced Section Waiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in section waiting, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests
• Managing a designated section efficiently, taking orders, and delivering meals promptly
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the section and assisting with general restaurant upkeep
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months' experience in section waiting within a similar dining environment
• A passion for delivering outstanding service with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Shift Details: Ping Pong operates from 11am to 10pm, seven days a week, offering both lunch and dinner shifts.
