We are currently seeking an Experienced Solar Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar PV & Storage systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and batteries
- Ensure all systems are installed in compliance with Australian standards and regulations, including Clean Energy Council (CEC) guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections of solar PV systems to identify and diagnose issues, performing necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with professionals such as engineers and architects to design and install efficient and effective solar PV systems
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including material and labor costs, and complete all necessary paperwork
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Australian standards and regulations, including CEC guidelines for solar PV system installations
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities for clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 30 kgs and working in confined spaces or at heights
