Sushi Train is recognised Australia wide for bringing the passion of Japanese cuisine and unique dining concepts together for everyone to enjoy! Offering a wide range of rolls, rice bowls, soup, and sashimi, we are known for its top quality, food, and service!
As a Chef/Cook at Sushi Train you will be a critical part of our growing business as you will be regularly preparing and cooking a wide range of our fresh, tasty dishes. Whilst having a fantastic work life balance with 4 day work week you will additionally have high potential for career and earnings progression!
We will count on you to be able to work fast and efficiently to deliver an A+ service.
As a chef your role will include:
- Pre-service food preparation
- Stock rotation and stock ordering
- Preparing Sushi and other menu items
- Cleaning and organising workstations
