We are seeking an experienced trade-based Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team:
A person who can work and communicate with all our staff, technicians, sub-contractors and customers.
A person who is used to bringing together the ‘pieces of the puzzle’ to align the job needs, availability of resources, access to site, and necessary paperwork.
Has proficient computer skills to create job cards for all new and additional works.
Able to schedule short term and long term works so our customers are kept satisfied at all times.
Ensuring accurate and quality work scopes so our technicians can carry out high level servicing.
Deal with inquiries in a timely manner and follow up as required.
Liaise and have strong customer service to ensure client needs are met.
Coordinate schedules with technicians and Team Leaders to ensure productivity targets are met.
Be adaptable and able to work in emergency jobs and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Essential Skills:
Previous Scheduling or Coordinator experience
Experience in simPRO Operating System or similar such software
Strong attention to detail
Time management skills and the ability to multitask
High level of computer literacy including all Microsoft Office programs
Have strong communication and customer service skills
Problem solving ability
Also, it would be an advantage if you have previously worked for a Trade base company, especially a plumbing, electrical and/or pump company.
