About the Role
We are looking for Experienced Underground coal mine workers and/or shift supervisors who can start immediately at mine sites across the Bowen Basin.
The majority of our clients operate even time, 7 on 7 off 12-hour rosters (rotating Day/Night), and provide camp accommodation.
Candidates will be required to make their own travel arrangements to/from the site at the start and end of their roster.
What you will be doing
In your role, you will be responsible for assisting underground operational tasks such as longwall recovery, injection chemical application, surface-to-seam pumpable cribs, and ventilation support.
What you bring
- Minimum 12 months experience in operational Underground coal mining;
- Injection Chemical application experience
- Current QLD Coal Medical;
- The ability to work well within an underground team;
- Relevant tickets - Hand-held bolter, mounted bolter, man transporter, LHD (desirable)
- Current site inductions for QLD mine sites (desirable)
- G1, G8, G9 (for Shift Supervisor roles only);
- Demonstrated commitment to working safely
