Direct Waterproofing Services is a local Sunshine Coast business that has been serving the region for over 20 years. Our projects include, new builds, commercial and renovations.
We are looking for someone to join our team that brings with them the experience and qualifications in waterproofing application.
The Role:
- Install waterproofing membrane to wet areas and on
occasion external work - Focus on quality and efficiency of work
- Interpreting floor plans
- Liaising with builders and customers
- Working unsupervised and as apart of a team on construction sites
- Clean and prepare worksites for waterproofing application
- Undertake works in line with SWMS's and safe work practices
Requirements of Position:
- Experience within the waterproofing industry
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Strong work ethic and must be reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and as a part of a team
- Knowledge on waterproofing substrates and membrane products
- Ability to maintain and control stock levels for materials in the company vehicle provided
- Certificate III in Waterproofing or willing to obtain
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Current manual Driver's licence and clean driving record
- Willing to work Mon to Fri, with availability to work weekends if required
